Dr. James Duncan serves as Associate General Counsel and University Compliance Officer at Utah Valley University. At UVU, Dr. Duncan has oversight of legal compliance, conflicts of interests, disability law, ethics, policy review, research, student matters, equity, Title IX, and police and law enforcement. He brings a wealth wealth of experience in providing legal protections for underserved populations in education.
